SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY
WHAT ARE THE ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS FOR DOMESTIC TRANSACTIONS?
We accept the following modes of payment for domestic transactions:
• Credit cards / Debit Card – Mastercard, Visa, Amex
• Net Banking
• Phone Pe, Gpay, Pay TM

WHAT IF MY CARD HAS BEEN CHARGED MULTIPLE TIMES FOR THE SAME ORDER?
If your card has been debited multiple times at the payment gateway(s) while making a single purchase, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will resolve it for you.
Our customer care team is available from Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 am till 6:00 pm.
We ship through registered courier companies for orders within India as well as International orders. International orders are usually delivered within 10-15 business days and domestic orders within 5-10 business days. You will see the delivery date for your order at the time of payment confirmation. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
We offer worldwide shipping.Please get in touch with us at email@example.com for assistance with international orders and shipping charges.
Once your order is shipped, we will share the tracking details and information about the shipping agency.
ON AVAILABILITY ON DELIVERY
Our delivery partners will return the product to us if un-received at your address. Please provide the complete and accurate shipping address including postal/ zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be borne by the user placing the order.
We follow a very strict returns policy where no Purchase can be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
No products can be returned or exchanged, unless they have been delivered to you in a damaged condition. In such exceptional cases, where either a damaged product has been delivered to you or an incorrect product has been inadvertently shipped to you, the onus is on the recipient to inform us, with the relevant details and photographs via email or phone call within 24 hours of delivery by our delivery partners. In such cases, The Fabric Studio, after investigating the matter with our delivery partners will either refund the cost of the product, or offer you a replacement.
Alternatively, we can offer you a store credit that can be redeemed within three months of your purchase.
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
In case we are unable to offer you a product replacement, we shall extend a store credit to you, redeemable for anything on the website. Please note that all products sent back to us for replacement must be in their individual original packaging.
